How returns, cancellations, and refunds work. In short: contact us first within 14 days of delivery, wait for approval before sending anything back, and refunds are issued after the item is received, inspected, and approved by our fulfillment partner. Returns and refunds are handled together with our fulfillment partner. Checkout isn't live yet, so nothing can be purchased or returned on the site today. Final wording is reviewed by a professional before launch.
Contact us first
Please contact Nooblands before sending anything back. Start a return request from the Contact page or email support@nooblands.com and include your order number and the reason for the return. Don't ship an item back until your return has been approved — unapproved returns can't be processed.
Approval is required
Returns are reviewed case by case and approval isn't guaranteed. If your return is approved, we'll send return instructions, including any required return authorization (RMA) and the correct return address. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Eligibility & timing
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Eligible items should be in their original condition. Some products may be final sale or non-returnable depending on the product type and supplier rules.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is reviewed with our fulfillment partner. Refunds are issued only after that approval — we can't promise a refund before the item is received, inspected, and confirmed. You cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by law or approved as part of your return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us quickly with your order number and clear photos. We'll work with our fulfillment partner on a resolution.
Final-sale & special cases
Some items may be final sale or non-returnable depending on the product, category, or fulfillment partner rules (for example: mystery boxes, final-sale items). Mystery boxes are curated surprise crates of products. Contents may vary, and they're final sale once shipped or opened — except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, which are always handled through support.
Cancellations
You can ask to cancel an order before it begins processing. Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment partner for fulfillment, cancellation isn't guaranteed. If a cancellation is approved, we'll let you know, and any refund for a cancelled order is issued only after the cancellation is confirmed. Checkout isn't live yet, so no payment is taken and no orders are created on the site today.
