Can I buy something right now?
Not just yet — Nooblands is in preview, so checkout isn't open and no payment is taken on the site. You can browse the catalog, add items to your cart, and explore mystery boxes while we get ready to launch.
How does checkout and payment work?
Checkout and payment aren't live yet. The site never asks for card details right now. When ordering opens, payment will be handled securely by a dedicated payment provider, and we'll update our policies before launch.
How will shipping work?
Once the store is live, orders may be fulfilled by us and/or our fulfillment partners, and shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout. Processing and tracking times can vary by item, so estimates aren't guarantees — see the Shipping Policy, which is still being finalized.
What are mystery boxes?
Mystery Vault boxes are curated surprise crates of Nooblands-eligible toys. Each box shows its item-count range, and contents stay a surprise — what's inside may be shown before purchase, after purchase, or when it ships, depending on how the box is set up. Final Vault terms are reviewed before launch.
Can I watch products before buying?
Yes — many products are featured in creator videos. Look for the video section on a product page, or browse the video library to see toys in action.
Who do I contact first about an order, return, or cancellation?
Always reach Nooblands first through the Contact page or email support@nooblands.com. For order issues, include your order number and a short reason so we can help faster. Please don't send anything back before a return is approved.
Where do you ship?
At launch we ship within the United States only. Shipping options and rates appear at checkout once the store is live, and delivery timing can vary by item, so they're estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
How do returns work?
Contact us first within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and reason. If your return is approved, we'll send return instructions and any required return authorization (RMA) and address. After we receive and inspect the item, the refund is reviewed with our fulfillment partner and issued once approved.
Why do returns need approval?
Items are fulfilled through our fulfillment partner, so returns follow their process. Approval makes sure the item goes to the right place and that your refund can be processed correctly. Approval isn't guaranteed, and sending an item back without it can delay or prevent a refund.
Do I need an RMA or return authorization?
Often, yes. If your return is approved, we'll provide any required RMA / return authorization and the correct return address. Please don't ship anything back until you have it.
When will I get a refund?
After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is reviewed and confirmed with our fulfillment partner. We can't promise a refund before that step. You cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by law or approved.
Can I cancel an order?
You can ask to cancel before an order starts processing. Once it's been sent to our fulfillment partner, cancellation isn't guaranteed — we'll update you if it's approved, and any refund follows once the cancellation is confirmed. (Checkout isn't live yet, so nothing can be purchased today.)
Do products ship separately?
Sometimes. Items may be fulfilled by different supplier partners, so an order can arrive in more than one shipment with different delivery times. You'll get tracking for each as it becomes available.
How do I manage cookies?
Essential cookies keep your cart and preferences working. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are off by default and only turn on if you allow them. Use the cookie banner, or the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, to change your choice anytime.
