Privacy Policy
Last updated: Pending review
This is a working draft of how the store handles personal information. It is not final and will be reviewed before launch.
Information we collect
We collect only what's needed to run the store and help you: details you enter (like a newsletter email or a contact message) and basic technical information your browser sends. The complete list will be confirmed before launch.
Your cart (stored on your device)
Items you add to your cart are saved locally in your own browser so the cart still works when you come back. This stays on your device — it is not an account and is not sent to us while the store is in preview.
Newsletter & contact form
If you sign up for our newsletter we store the email address (and name, if you provide one) so we can send Nooblands updates; you can unsubscribe at any time. If you use the contact form we store your name, email, and message so we can reply. We use these details only for those purposes and never sell them. Email isn't sent through a provider yet — this section will be finalized once a provider is selected and reviewed.
Cookies & site storage
We use a small amount of essential browser storage to keep the site working — for example your shopping cart and your saved cookie preferences. These can't be turned off because the site needs them. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are switched OFF by default and are not loaded unless you choose to turn them on in the cookie banner; no analytics service or advertising pixel is connected at this time. You can review or change your choice anytime using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. The full cookie list will be confirmed here before launch.
Payments & card details
Checkout is not open yet, so the site does not take payment and does not collect or store any card or banking details. When checkout is added later, payment will be handled by a dedicated payment provider and this section will be updated and reviewed before launch.
How we use information
We use information only to run the store, respond to you, provide support, keep the site secure, and improve it over time. Specific purposes and legal bases will be finalized before launch.
Sharing & third parties
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the store, such as payment, shipping, email, and analytics providers, once those are connected. We never publish our suppliers, sourcing, or internal business information on the site. The full list of providers will be added before launch.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information. The full process will be described here before launch.
Contact
A dedicated privacy contact will be published here before launch. In the meantime, you can reach us through the Contact page.
